- Bằng Thạc sĩ bằng Tiếng Anh **; HOẶC
- 6 tín chỉ trình độ MCE / SPM / GCE; HOẶC
- MUET Trình độ 2 hoặc 3 / TOEFL 550 / IELTS 6.0; HOẶC
- Điểm tương đương bất kỳ có được trên bậc đại học tại một trường đại học được công nhận
