Cao đẳng Alexander

Tại cao đẳng Alexander, sinh viên sẽ được học hai năm đầu tiên của trường cao đẳng và sau đó chuyển tiếp lên đại học.

Mục tiêu: Cung cấp môi trường học tập nghiêm túc và hỗ trợ sinh viên với nhiều nền văn hóa khác nhau và khả năng ngôn ngữ có thể bắt đầu khi học cao đẳng, đồng thời nâng cao kỹ năng tiếng Anh. Trường cung cấp chương trình học được công nhận bởi các học viện học thuật trên khắp Bắc Mỹ. Hơn nữa, trường còn cung cấp nền tảng để phát triển thành công thông qua nhiều nghiên cứu tiên tiến. Trường khuyến khích mỗi cá nhân bằng việc hỗ trợ thành tích học tập mỗi học sinh trong nhà trường, thiết lập và duy trì danh tiếng xuất sắc trong cộng đồng khoa học trong mọi khía cạnh của chương trình học thuật, hoạt động, và dịch vụ.

Students studying at Alexander College may choose their housing options in Vancouver depending on their preferences. The two main choices for housing are to stay in a homestay (with a local family) or rent an apartment. Since Alexander College does not have student residences, some students prefer to share apartments with friends or rent on their own.

For students who are under 19 years old, it is required by law in British Columbia that they stay in a homestay with a family and have a local, legal guardian. Homestay companies provide guardianship services for international students if required. Students over 19 years old may also choose to stay with a homestay family if they so desire.

• Burnaby is a large suburb located in the geographic centre of Greater Vancouver. Alexander College’s Burnaby Campus is located on the corner of McKay Street and Kingsway, one block from one of the largest shopping centres in Canada, Metrotown Centre. Our Burnaby facility includes spacious classrooms, a science laboratory, a Writing and Learning Centre, a library, and a bookstore.

Vancouver Campus

• Alexander College's Vancouver Campus is located in the centre of downtown Vancouver on the corner of Seymour and Hastings Street. We are steps away from the major shopping and entertainment districts, as well as major tourist attractions and the Vancouver waterfront. Our Vancouver campus features large classrooms, a science laboratory, a Writing and Learning Centre, a library, and a bookstore.
